Flourless Rich Chocolate Zucchini Bread

This actually taste more like cake then bread because it is that moist. You would never know it is flourless because the texture leads you to believe flour is there. The first time I made this cake, I knew I would be making it again. I decided I needed to post it on this neglected blog so others could at least learn that there is such a cake that is flourless and delicious and chocolatey and such a cake does exist. One tip I always suggest is to always make sure zuchinni is dry. In picture I am wringing it out in a dry cloth.
